For cozy coastal, it’s all about creating a relaxed calming sanctuary that focuses on home decor colors with the softest pastels, powder blues, and warm gold accents to imbibe a cozy feel.
Natural wood, golden sand, and metallic fixtures that capture air, fog, sea, and warm nature elements akin to a beach or lake house felt most at home with this theme. Additionally, I always find soft gray working its way into my collections as it always feels like a nice alternative to white that is more subdued but allows adjacent spaces with clean white to shine.
Stylistically, I went more niche, mixing delicate traditional trend design elements with the idea of grand millennial and coastal, modern farmhouse themes in mind and thinking of designs that pair well with toile, chinoiserie, animal print, or even mid-century, retro themes.
